TTHS Coding System

Simple to operate and easy to maintain, the TTHS-T22 will produce clear, high quality date codes, lot numbers or other required information on polyethylene, cellophane, nylon, Mylar and other types of plastic bags, chipboard cartons, paper bags and a wide variety of other surfaces.

In operation, the machine operator inserts the item to be marked onto the 12"x16" work table built into the TTHS. Preset guides locate the product so the mark is in the required location.  A foot switch is depressed and a signal is sent to the control box.  The machine cycles and, in less than 1 second, the coder is ready to print another item.

Machine speed is limited by the ability of the operator to feed the product--the T22 coder will operate in excess of 125 prints per minute continuously.

The amount of marking foil used per impression is infinitely adjustable from a minimum advance of .01" to a maximum advance of 2-1/4"; the foil draw assembly is compensated to insure maximum efficiency of foil usage.

Various colors of marking foil are available; black, white, red, blue and green are the most commonly used.   Foil roll length is normally 1,000 feet. Assuming a foil draw of 1/2" per impression, one roll of foil will print approximately 24,000 packages.
